Each week, I’ll be sharing a frugal weekly meal plan to inspire your own meal planning efforts. I’m not the first one to come up with the idea of sharing a weekly meal plan on the blog. But I thought I’d expand on the idea a bit for my readers specifically, since I know you guys are interested in serving tasty dinners without totally blowing your budgets even though you don’t always have the time to cook!
That’s why in each frugal weekly meal plan, you’ll find the following:
- One Slow Cooker recipe (OR) a One Pan/ Oven-Baked /Skillet Meal
- One Meatless recipe
- One meal that is ready in 30 minutes or less
- As a whole, the meal plan will be fairly frugal
The idea here is that at least two nights a week will give you a break in the kitchen while still getting a home-cooked meal on the table.
